    • Each Scale Partner team member is $3,000 for 40 hours per week.

    • For a 40-hour per week Scale Partner, this amounts to $36,000 per year, ~$692 per week, and ~$17 per hour.

    • An average Executive Assistant in New York costs $81,781 + benefits + 401K + vacation.

    Based in the Philippines, each Scale Partner functions as a member of your team and works the hours of your choosing.

  • Our Scale Partners can perform various tasks and are trained to fill roles including, but not limited to - Executive Assistant, Bookkeeper, Marketing Specialist, Sales Assistant, Lead Generation, CRM Management, Email Marketing, Data and Reporting, Business Operations, and Customer Support.

    Each Scale Partner is hired according to your specific role, requirements, skills, and previous work experience.

  • Scale Partners will work on the hours of your choosing. With that in mind, some businesses prefer to have their Scale Partners work early, late, or over the weekends to complete tasks over different time zones. However, most businesses choose to have their Scale Partners work in their time zone during regular business hours.

  • All contracts are month-to-month, with annual pricing options available. If on a monthly contract, you can terminate the Scale Partner and the SOW at any time. We encourage clients to start with month-to-month contracts before transitioning to annual contracts.

    Our Perfect Fit Guarantee ensures that we will replace your Scale Partner within 2 weeks, no questions asked. If you encounter any skill or personality issues with your Scale Partner, we will provide additional training and support. You will always be in regular contact with your Account Manager, who communicates frequently with the local Talent Managers in the Philippines.

    • Application Review: We meticulously evaluate all applications to ensure they meet our minimum criteria, including at least two years of work experience, remote work proficiency, and experience with US clients.

    • Initial Interview: In the initial interview, we assess verbal communication skills and English proficiency, professionalism and personality, punctuality, availability, audio and video quality, and relevant experience and skills.

    • Testing: Candidates who pass the initial interview must then succeed in a series of six tests: a written test, situational test, typing speed test, internet speed test, backup connection test, and device test.

    • Final Interview: In the final interview, we evaluate cultural fit and comprehension skills and delve deeply into candidates' experience with specific tech stacks, industries, and previous clients. 

    You will have the option to interview our top three candidates.

  • We provide comprehensive management services to ensure our Scale Partners meet your needs and expectations. We also offer regular check-ins and ongoing support to ensure that your business is running smoothly.

  • The process from completing the Perfect Match Survey to Onboarding, Recruitment, and the Start Date typically takes two weeks or less.

    1. Onboarding: Complete our Perfect Match Survey. Meet with our American-based talent advisor. Sign a month-to-month SOW.

    2. Recruitment: We recruit and hire your Scale Partner according to your specific needs. You will not have to review resumes or hold countless interviews.

    3. Start Date: Meet your Scale Partner, onboard, and train them like any normal US-based employee. Once integrated, we continue to manage them to ensure they provide the best solutions for your business.

  • Yes, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you want to switch out your Scale Partner at any time, for any reason, we will replace your Scale Partner within 14 days or less.

  • Yes, we are the official employer of record for your Scale Partner. Although the Scale Partner performs work for you, they are legally and technically employed by us. We operate a business entity in the Philippines, ensuring full compliance with local laws and regulations. You pay us, and we handle the payment to the Scale Partner. We also guarantee that this arrangement is 100% IRS-compliant.

  • Having a clear manager is the key to successfully working with a Scale Partner. Scale Partners perform best with clear direction from an internal manager.

    Scale Partners should:

    • Execute on behalf of directions from a manager

    • Receive real-time and direct feedback from a manager

    • Have clear channels for communication

    • Be trained and onboarded like anyone else

    • Be included in team meetings

    • Be treated the same as local employees for work hours

    Scale Assistants should not:

    • Be directly responsible for executive-level responsibilities

    • Be responsible for creating any key strategy

    • Be asked to purchase software licenses

    • Own or lead any key strategy or important business decision

    • Exceed 40 hours of work per week
