Once we determine the best approach, we finalize the process with a flexible month-to-month Statement of Work (SOW).
2. Recruitment
We handle all interviewing and sourcing to recruit and hire your ideal candidate based on your specific requirements. Shortly after, we present our top three choices for you to interview. If none meet your expectations, we’ll continue to provide options until you find the perfect match.
3. Pick Your Start Date
Choose a start date and onboard your new team member as you would any US-based employee. We support you every step of the way to ensure they are fully equipped to contribute effectively to your operations. Once integrated, we continue managing and providing the best solutions for your business.

A full-time Scale Parnter working 40 hours a week set during the hours of your choice. Hours can be stacked on certain days or spread out accordingly.
Meet Your Future Scale Parter
Your Scale Partner is college-educated, English-speaking, and has the necessary skills and work experience to support your business and your required tasks, duties, and overall job responsibilities.
All Scale Partners have at least five years of experience, are trained with the latest technologies, and cost around 60% less than US-based employees.
